I stayed at the Stein Eriksen Lodge and they had the best bacon I've ever tasted. I was there for a conference so I didn't go anywhere else to eat.

MUST eat at shabu. It’s a modern Asian fusion restaurant. Get the American wagyu as an appetizer. It comes out raw and you dip it in butter and cook on a hot rock. Best appetizer I’ve ever had. We also got pork pot sticklers as an appetizer. We got the Cod and the bibimbap as entrees and both were delicious. Do yourself a favor and go there.
For breakfast or lunch you also have to try five5eeds. Get the pulled pork Benedict or the shakshuka. You will not be disappointed and their prices were the most reasonable (cheap) in park city. Very clean and contemporary. They have tons of pancakes or waffles for the kids.
For dessert go to the market on Sunday and stop by auntie em’s pie stand and grab you a slice. It’s also sold at some underground “pie bar” on main. must be 21 to get in. And sold in a small section of the supermarket. Her bakery is in the store and she’s there daily making them fresh.
