I bought a bottle of the 18 year a couple of years ago and wasn't impressed. I prefer the regular, which is my favorite bourbon. The 18 year was about $80 IIRC

It's 18 year old eagle rare... they stuff that you always see on the shelf is much less (10 maybe?). The stuff you always see if still a great inexpensive bourbon, but not quite the 18 year stuff.

My uncle passed when I was in high school, he had a lot of that pappy, me and some friends threw a big party and drank the shite out of it. It mixed real well with coke. Those bottles went way too quick...

I'm sitting on a few bottles of the ER now. Going to age it until it's 25 or 30 years old before busting them open
