Has anyone had this before? I'm curious as to how it is. I know its a hyper regional thing, but I'm hoping someone has had it before. Looking to try new things on the smoker.

Damn good stuff. Moonlite BBQ is famous for it...but other are just as good.

No experience with mutton, but you can get a deboned leg of lamb at SAMs for a fair price, much cheaper than at the grocery store. I've cooked a few on the Weber kettle, and they were good.
