Oven Chicken recipe

Looking to do some chicken thighs in the oven with peppers and onions. Suggestions?

Season thighs with Tony's. brown well in pot with a tight fitting lid, little bit of oil. Remove from pot. Dice onion peppers and a ton of garlic (10 cloves). Sauté in the same pot. Add chicken back, cover tightly and put in 325 oven for an hour.
Serve over rice with side of smothered green beans or peas.

Use a meat thermometer. Cook them to 165.
