Orange County CA Brewery Recommendations

I will be in south county next week and it will be the first time back in years. I have been to The Bruery many times and would like to go back to Pizza Port San Clemente while I am there. I may try to make it up to Monkish, but Torrance is so far from South Orange County and would require some planning.
Are there any new breweries I should be aware of? Transportation will not be an issue, but I would like to avoid sitting in traffic as much as possible. Thanks.

Noble Ale Works is pretty amazing. I'd highly recommend.
