Has anyone here ever used an online site to buy brews that are hard to find?

What site did you use?

How was the experience?

Thanks

Bruisin Ales out of Asheville has a good selection. Ordered twice, got it quickly and well packed.

I've used these 2 also. As far as customer service and shipping goes, F44 is far superior.

I've yet to have a problem, I usually order early so that I know I am off. Since all required a signature

I've done france44.com, mybeercollectibles.com (secondary market), and blackwells.com. I've gotten some pretty good stuff from blackwells (Parabola, abraxas, Pliny, etc). No issues with any of them.

I have also used France 44 and some sites from the West Coast which are dependable. The problem is being available for the required signature when the shipment arrives. Our neighbor orders wine and we try to help each other but often we are both unavailable when delivered.

This has been the only thing holding me back from ordering online.

Do you normally receive an estimated delivery time? If so, how accurate has it been?

Have it shipped to your business or ship it to any little shipping store. They will sign and hold it for you.

FedX and UPS are both very vague. Mostly "by the end of the day" which could mean anytime.

I'm guessing it will stay cold if I were to go put in my truck all day until I get off right ??

Always order 7 days before a Holiday so you can ensure being off
