Is this place as good as they say on Yelp? What is a "must get" when I go?

TIA

I find most Dallas restaurants are Over-Hyped, Over Priced and Underwhelming.

It's pretty much a hole-in-the-wall. A lunch only sandwich place in a light industrial area. Very good burgers. No inside tables, just patio picnic tables. I'd go back.
