Ninfa's changes name to Tio Javi's

Apparently they've been paying a 3% royalty to Ninfa's in the 713 just for the name. I've heard rumors that they're planning to open another location in Prairieville and would rather not pay the 3%. Same food, same management, different name.

It'll be interesting to see how this affects business.

I remember Ninfas having an 1+ wait all the time. Now you never hear anyone talk about it.
I use to love the green sauce. Their queso wasn't too shabby either.
I guess I need to get back over there and try the new name out.
