I have a weber genesis with the cast iron grates. It's bad to the bone.

Get a Holland. The water tray allows you to smoke on it. Best gas grill on the market.

The Hollands max temp is 400.

And like I said. Fill the water tray and it keeps the temp around 250-275.

It's a great grill. I've smoke many a ribs and butts with success.

I appreciate the suggestions everyone. Was trying to stay away from paying $900+ for a new grill.

I usually cook for 6-10 people every other weekend so I was looking for a cheaper larger alternative.

No one suggested Char-broil grills except the one infrared grill. Any reason?

Weber genesis s... And never look back.. All high quality stainless.... I looked at academy lowes and Home Depot, all were the same price and when I asked what time of the year they went on sale I got the same response at all 3.. They laughed and said weber never goes on sale.. Difference was that lowes and Home Depot will assemble for free and academy charges for assembly

I'd suggest a Weber Q 3200. Best gas grill I ever owned. I sold mine to my neighbor because I wanted to go back to charcoal, but I absolutely loved the Q 3200 and if I choose to go back to gas one day, I'm buying that specific grill. No complaints at all.

Spend the big bucks and go for a TEC. You won't regret it.
