You'd better read that thing more closely. Most NDAs have a provision providing that you're not even allowed to disclose the existence of the NDA. You've likely already breached it. Just spill the beans and tell us the whole story.

I highly doubt anything I've said is worth coming after me legally from an NDA from years ago. They didn't do anything illegal, just cheap and I won't give them my business.

Stop digging the hole. Right now, I'd assess damages at around two or three half gallons' worth.

Geez, I guess it doesn't really matter, they led me down a long road of specifying equipment and piggy backing some of our engineering services only to use our recommendations to buy some surplus equipment they found. It's possible that some of that equipment was even used.

Was there a non-disparagement provision?

I mean technically speaking my name isn't on the document and it's through a former employer who's no longer in business so I think I'm good, thank you for your concern though...

So how does this equate to you "have an NDA in place"?

Blue blue is very high in fructose corn syrup and that's why it's so addictive to the taste... My doctor told me not to eat it anymore and it made a big difference in my health... He told me that Hagen dags and some breyers flavors were high fructose free and much better for you

I'm clearly not a lawyer and I think it'd be a stretch but one does exist so take it for what it's worth. It's not like I'm in here spewing trade secrets or lying about what happened so I'm not sure it makes much difference.

Well yeah, I'd guess by a shite ton on a potential $1mm job. I have no idea what surplus equipment goes for but if you go that route, then you have to accept that the equipment won't meet their specifications totally so it had to be deemed "good enough," and I think that's telling.

Ok, so they use Great Value dairy products, sugar, and other flavorings. Thanks.

I have no knowledge of the quality of their ingredients, only that they buy cheap process equipment. I think their products' taste just fine but I have other options for ice cream and choose not to fund a company that conducts business the way they do. I think my position is fair and very much warranted considering how much commission I lost out on.

I was responding to PapaPogey's question about Neopolitan, not your OP.

New as in really new (like 2 step) or just bringing another old flavor back online?
