If memory serves it was called Two Sisters Courtyard. I think it was the first business that occupied that corner of the strip mall when it was constructed back in the day. That had to be over fifteen years ago, though. Not sure if that's the strip mall OP is referring to or not.

I wasn't sure on exact name but it was close and there was a courtyard and it probably was closer to 15 years.
It's the same building in strip mall in OP.

I am talking about a totally different strip mall, farther up toward George O'Neal

The OP is about the strip mall on O'Neal next to car wash.

Two Sisters Courtyard

That was the name and that's the location of the new BBQ place. I think it's most recent occupant was an "urban" sports bar.

It's a few doors down from Kreative Kreole, one of the many O'Neal "herbal aromatherapy" shops.

I'm just hoping that it's decent... Hate having to drive to DS to find good 'cue. I usually go to Firehouse... what's the name of the other place out there that's supposed to be legit? Wayne's?

I've found Smokin' Aces on Government to be pretty darn good, but that's just as far as LP for all of you Shenandoah Settlers.

When you drive up to the place, if there isn't a huge stack of wood, and smoke pouring out of the place.....drive away quickly
