Need Pizza - Bar/ Grille Recommendation in Metairie

Need a recommendation for a good Pizza restaurant with a bar/ grille in Metairie/ New Orleans. A good place to chill with a few friends/ couples for pizza with draft beer/ drinks.

I don’t know. I found the OP to be odd. First of all the spelling of “grille”. Second, specifying pizza, which is fine, but then add the grill (with the “e”). Did the Op just want a pizza place that also serves drinks, or is he looking for a bar and grill that also has pizza?

What is one looking for in a “grille” at a pizza establishment? Other types of cuisine? Is he also looking for baby back ribs and bourbon street steak as well?
Do they want to sit at a bar and eat? Are they looking to catch the big game? Nearly every pizza place in the area has alcohol.
Asking for more detail to give a great rec to this gentleman as I live in New Orleans and thus an expert on the pizza scene.

A good pizza spot, with nice draft list and some drinks women may be interested in. A cool,fun bar ambiance is a plus.
