Morton Quick cure?

Anyone know where to find this in BR? If not can you use the pink curing salt in its place?

I've seen it at Winn Dixie by the other salts. Red Stick Spice in town has the pink curing salt.

Making sausage?

I have the pink curing salt from the last batch of sausage I made (Alligator and Pork), im gonna give the homemade bacon a try.

Yes use the curing salt as you would the quick cure. Most grocers carry the quick cure but you have it already.
