I bought a box at the start of all this bullshite, just in case I was quarantined at home. Used it in some red beans and it was pretty bad. I threw out the two other packs. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but that was a step too far.

Conecuh is to the higher end of the mass-marketed sausages.

But Rabideaux's, Teets, Kartchners - are playing on a different level. And that includes the products from Baileys and Verons (store by the river).

We know elite sausage.
I’ve found d&js in Gonzales is good.
I can eat manda on a tiger dog.
For a sports event it’s ok.
