Well, maybe for locals they aren't, but I really think the show is meant to reach the broader audience that would be traveling to a city.
I agree. I can also assure you, there are plenty of locals who could not find and/or have not really heard of either one. Probably, Pizza Delicious moreso than Parkway. But, both are definitely off the typical tourist's beaten track.

Parkway is pretty popular among tourists.
PD not as much but I've seen it in several national magazines and lists and all that.

You're really going to find a lot of locals that haven't heard of Parkway?
I mean...I guess, but I'm sure you'll find a lot of locals that are completely oblivious and haven't heard of Commander's either.
Parkway is about as popular as it gets.
But anyway, getting off track here, don't want to turn this into a whole thing.
