Anyone know where I can rent crawfish boil equipment in Monroe, La? Or have a list of equipment needed so I can go purchase them? Also that fire seasoning sounds good, me and my fam eat very spicy foods so we will try out this weekend.

Well here goes..

100 qt pot
Double jet burner with a 30psi regulator. I use this one. LINK

A stirring paddle.
A propane tank.

Those are the basics I guess.
