looking Jalapeno and cheese sausage recipe

Making some deer sausage and the wife has requested I make some jalapeno and cheese sausage. Any recipes?

I always get mine made somewhere but I know they use a special cheese for it to stop from leaking out as you cook it

Rebel butcher supply has really good seasoning blends. The key is to use HIGH TEMP cheese and add it to the meat after everything is ground up so it stays chunky
