Live Crawfish by the Pound?

Anywhere sell live crawfish by the pound and not a full sack? Instead of buying 10 or 15lbs from sammys or such, i may want to boil a smaller amount for just 2 or 3 people during the week or a slow weekend instead of having 8 people over for a sack. Just curious if anywhere did this.

If you call and ask nicely most places should
They will just empty half a sack and cook them with the rest of what they sell boiled
I've had to buy 1-1/2 sacks several times

As long as you call a place that boils in-house you shouldn't have a problem. Just ask them to break half a sack for you.

Ok thanks, I didn't think about calling a restaurant that boils.
FYI called Tony's and they do $2.69lb full sack and $2.79lb by the pound for live.
