I would like something different tonight. I have had the typical in places like ruffino's, Ruth Chris, and those places. Any lesser known places you would suggest?

Blue Basil Wine & Grill
Vietnamese food. Interesting regular menu and also a Chef's Special. Opened by the people who have Saigon Noodles. Supposed to have interesting cocktails, but I can't offer an opinion on that.

Dark Roux
I've mostly been for lunch and I don't see the crawfish fried rice (much better than that sounds) on the dinner menu, but there are other things that look very good.

Their "about us" pages do a better job of describing than I can.
