I noticed this sign up in front of the Target shopping center this morning. Anybody know or have heard anything about it? Didn't get to see which space they were going into, just the sign on Prien Lake Rd. Looking forward to a clean Vietnamese restaurant in SLC that's not in a casino.

Edit:

Link to Menu

I checked for a website last weekend and didn't come up with anything, so I'm guessing they just got up and running this week. Not an extensive menu, but a great starting place IMO. I might go check it out tonight.

Edit 2:

I see that they've actually updated the thread themselves below.

This is all I got:

Maybe I'm just naive, but when I think Pho I don't think "Bar and Grill"

Pho Tein and the Pho I've had at both GN and L'auberge were good. Not great, but not bad either.

Pho tien was always dirty to the point that I quit going. If they kept the front that filthy then I shuddered to think about the kitchen.

Yeah, I got to the point where I would only order out. Now if I really want some Viet food and I'm not in north Lake Charles I go to the casinos.

Bringing the wife to Lillies tomorrow night. Pretty good pho, but I think I'm finally gonna try the duck.

Menu looks good, looking forward to trying it out. Will you be utilizing Waitr or your own delivery service?

Bump.

La Pho opened up Friday, wife and I went a little while ago. We shared the shrimp spring rolls, she had the deluxe pho, and I got the spicy hue soup. Everything was very good, reasonably priced, and staff is very friendly. They don't skimp on protein either, which was nice. LC people go check this place out. We were in need of a good (and clean) Vietnamese place pretty bad...and another restaurant actually open on a Sunday is always welcome.
