What is your favorite? I miss the sauce patate cooked at the now defunct Sauce Patate Festival once held in French Settlement. That was some good eating.

Crawfish spinach bread bowl from Festival International, they sell them at Festival Acadian Et Creole in Lafayette coming up in October too.

Crawfish spinach bread bowl at Festival International in Lafayette. They have it every year. Pop's Poboys down there also does a bread bowl during Festival. It is typically a crawfish cheese pasta.

Crawfish Strudel is low key the best crawfish dish at jazz fest and is slept on HARD.
