I miss the Joey Distefano original version of Cip.

If I remeber right Ralph Olinde (ralph and Kaccoos) orginally owned the place and hired Joey who ran the kitchen, then Ralph sold to Don and Meg Gerald, they kept Joey around as long as they could, but they had some great dishs

I like their coffee ice cream but overall I don't find their quality to be good enough to justify the $1/half gallon premium over blue bell.
