Wife and I enjoyed nooley's as well.

Other places in the area but not mentioned already are Dutch's near Amite River, down the MS river to Hymel's, and Houmas House.

We also like Crossroads on 621, particularly for weekend breakfast

Sno's is still pretty good.

portions have gotten smaller and prices higher. But i guess that's everywhere.
