Got a Joetisserie for my Kamado Joe for Fathers's Day. Did a chicken last night that was amazing. Doing a top round roast tonight. Marinated in olive oil, soy sauce and lemon juice. here it is right when I put it on. Stay tuned for the after pics.

Pardon my ignorance here, but it was to my knowledge that kamado grills cooked with indirect convection currents (like an oven). If that is so, then what is the advantage of using the rotisserie?
