It seems Italian Pie near Shenandoah has closed (also Health Nut Hut)

I just started working close by over the past couple months, and have considered going there. But I noticed Yelp or something said it was closed a couple weeks ago when I Googled it.

Never went. That whole stretch of Coursey is just a graveyard for restaurants.

Sorry to see Health Nut Hut closing. The owner is a very nice lady and it was always a very clean, well stocked store.

Agree, but still a nice little shop.
Not surprised it is closing. Too much competition, online and otherwise, for a small business like that.

Mark Maggio (RIP) was in that spot for a short time too. Between Mark & Buddy's they must have a record for opening & closing & relocating & closing again.
