If I had to guess it is because of permits. EBR sucks when it comes to this. I really can not wait to see the prices for some of this stuff.

I hope the place is good and does well. It is local, and we need more of that.

Good friend of mine opening it up. Permit and sub challenges, but looking like an early October opening.

I knew it! After 6 months of waiting on a permit I wrote a nasty letter to mayors office, got my permit the next day. That office is a joke! Now that I think about it what more could I expect from a goverment office.

I've been waiting for this place to open for quite some time, too. Looked at the menu online a few weeks ago and it looks ambitious and delicious. Question is...where the hell are people going to park? Maxwell's customers already take up the entire lot.

I drove through the parking lot while passing by it last night and looked in the window and the seating in the place is pretty limited. Looked to be maybe 10 tables max and a bar it looked like. Also, Maxwells closes at like 630 in the evening.

I dont think parking will be an issue at all.

On another topic, They had like 4-5 HUGE 50 inch flat screens on the walls that were showing the sunday night game. Alot of TV for a small place like that. Which I fricking LOVE and will be all over.

These people running and starting this place seem to be doing it right.

That seems a little odd. There was still a sign that said 'coming soon' as of noon today.

It was open when we drove by at around 7pm.

I'll try to get there this week. Haven't had pizza in a while.
