Is Sirloin ideal for pepper steak?

Sirloin seems to be one of the least expensive cuts, so a bought a few packs and plan to slice them up later. Does it really matter what cut is used?

I've used sirloin for fajitas before and it turned out fine. Im sure you'll be okay.

Flank steak is best, but sirloin is the next best option.
