Is Boil & Roux on Coursey Closing?

I ask because Sam's Southern Eatery has a "Coming Soon" location listed on its website as 11777 Coursey Blvd Baton Rouge LA 70816, which is the location of Boil & Roux.
If B & R is closing, I am both surprised and not surprised. Soon after they opened I predicted that they would close a couple months after crawfish season ended due to their incredibly sucky service, a sentiment echoed by others here and on review sites. However, based on the number of cars I see in the parking lot, they seem to be doing much better than I originally gave them credit for. Apparently, service is a non-factor for some folks or there's been a dramatic improvement in their quality of service.
By the way, Sam's is pretty good. Although it's a limited service (no waitstaff) restaurant, it's definitely a worthy competitor for the popular Dempsey's down the street. And of course Willie's must be mentioned as well.
As I think about Willie's and after looking at their menu, perhaps Willie's is the reason B & R is closing or is making a switch to Sam's. I'm thinking the owner of B & R, which has a very similar menu to Willie's sees the writing on the wall, that is, Willie's will crush them. Basically, as I think this through, I'm suggesting that the owner of B & R is making a change by buying a Sam's Southern Eatery franchise because he knows he can't compete head to head with Willie's. Any thoughts or news on this?
Sorry for the long post. I had nothing better to do.
Sam's currently has a location at 1680 Lobdell Hwy in
Port Allen, about a half mile up the road from Bergeron's. If you like fried gizzards, I highly recommend them.

Been to B&R twice and the service really was crap. Shame, because the food was actually pretty good.
Looking forward to trying out Willie's

Ditto. That place is two blocks from my office and if they're as good as the Cloverland location, they're going to make a lot of money off of me.

I'm really excited about this place. I can see myself never going there.

I've been a few times with customers that like quantity over quality, I may glow in the dark, need to check, I guess.

Any place that calls itself an "eatery" instead of a "restaurant" is suspect to me

Has Glassman commented on how BR food options suck?

Has anyone complained yet that the street name was included in the title? Unless there's another Boil and Roux in BR this is an outrage. You live in Baton Rouge not Manhattan! I swear you baton rougeians just want to hear yourselves talk ...

When restaurants don't specify the type of fish being served it's a little sketch in my opinion.

I'm judging all the Sam's Southern Eaterys off the one in Bastrop. Which may not be entirely fair, but I'm sure they are all pretty similar. My first trip there I got a philly cheese steak that didn't have cheese on it. When I brought it to La-a's attention she said ain't hear me say add cheese. I didn't press the technicality she got me on, just ate my cheeseless cheese steak and moseyed on along. Next trip I was going to get the fish. I asked her what kind of fish it was but she ain't know. She asked the middle easterner in the kitchen and he growled a heavily accented "basa!". I then asked if the shrimp were from here, a question he either didn't understand or was reluctant to answer. I finally got an "over sea" out of him. "Dey big doe" chimed La-a. I got a soybean burger and wrote off Sam's Southern Eatery. I'm not much of a food snob but I'm not eating Asian seafood unless I can help it.
