Purchase Chinese crawfish frozen in a bag

Add seasoning to the boil - be careful and not make it too spicy!

After a short boil with an onion, let them soak for about 15 minutes

Lastly, sprinkle a little more seasoning on the bugs after they have soaked to "kick it up"

Seems easier than Louisiana crawfish. Those Chinese have the efficiency down pat.

1) Thaw crawfish
2) Put thawed crawfish on ice in a cooler
3) Take 1 crawfish, and holding carefully with one hand, insert fish hook into and through the shell
4) Cast the baited hook into a pond or lake
