I'm in North Carolina and we have a spring crawfish boil or 3 each year.

My little Bayou Classic mini stock pot just didn't cut it last year. TOO small. I need a new one and am wondering if there is a standard issue pot for boiling a sack at a time. I was looking at the 120qt versions. That sound about right?

Any brand recommendations? This one look decent?

Do you boil your fixins then your crawfish? If yes an 80 will do fine.

If you like to boil them together get a 100 .
