Sangria:
1 bottle decent red wine
1/2 - 3/4 cup of Mexican Brandy (Don Pedro or El Presidente)
1 thinly sliced lime
1 thinly sliced orange
1-2 shots of Grand Marnier

Mix all liquids first and add fruit before serving. Chill a few hours in the fridge.

Next day:
1/2 gallon of Gatorade
2 Advil

I have the best. I bartender at STK in NYC last summer.

1 Part Bacardi (or Myers white rum)
1 Part Rose Wine
1/2 oz fresh lime
1/2 oz fresh lemon
simple syrup

cut up apples, kiwis, raspberries, blackberries

Shake all together and top with sprite.

We sold that for $16.00 a glass and $70.00 a pitcher

I see you have equal parts bacardi and wine. What quantity do you use of each and also how much sprite do you top it with?

i would say put 1.25 oz of each. and its pretty much just a splash of sprite of 7up. just to sweeten it a bit.
