You don't have to be fancy to be cheap and tasty!
You can do this too. Got a big fam? Are you a starving student? Artist?
Here's the steps:
Equal parts ham, sausage, and chicken gibblets. Have enough to make 1.5 - 2.0 lbs of meat. I had extra smoked ham, smoked sausage, and got gibblets today.
Put the meats into a blender
Blend well
Fry the meat
Use a Tony C's Dirty Rice mix. Here's the trick though...make more! Add a cup of rice to the dry mix.
When the chicken parts are cooked
add them to the pot and the appropriate amount of water. Remember you added that second bit of rice! So, add 2 cups of water in addition to the Tony C's Dirty Rice packet!
Stir every 8 minutes. Have it on heat for 25 minutes. And you get something as fluffy and wonderful-smelling as this:
And you can serve it right after!
It makes about 8 servings!
Bon appetit!
