But really, try and make something simple and light like a pasta salad, or even a good salad for that matter...and some red wine. But pizza and cheesesticks is just too much cheese

Guess I should've left the details out. Just tired of everyone else deciding what I'm eating each evening. Just trying to take a little part of the evening into my own hand. Walt, eat a large dick, fully

Why don't you actually make your wife dinner rather than let her friends bring food over?

There are a bunch of recipes for fried cheese.

A easy way is to get a few of the string cheese things and put them in a bowl of milk or egg, roll them in some bread crumbs and fry at 350°. Not for real long but longer than you think.

It's really simple.

And be nice to Walt, he's good people.

Another tip is to freeze the cheese before breading and frying. It helps the cheese not become a melted mess while frying.

No need to bash the man. I agree with him. Are you Citwit's alter? Just a hard read from time to time.

Now I'd say, cut big chunks of fresh mozzarella, bread in seasoned panko bread crumbs and put in freezer for an hour or for a week. Then deep fry for about 5 minutes. That is how boudin balls are cooked to keep from falling apart.

Look in the freezer area of your store and see cheese sticks in it, buy the box.
