Add Sarah's Mediterranean to the Long list of restaurant closures here in Houma. Saw where an oyster bar is going in its place though. Kind of surprised houma doesn't have a true oyster bar (1921?) figuring the city of houma history hinged on oyster canneries when first started.
Wonder who's next to close..
Hope to see more open though.

The restaurant/bar industry has weathered it pretty well. The only major closure that comes to mind is Jolie's.

I always liked their food and ate there often (was planning on going Friday) but 75% it was me and 1 or 2 other tables. Another thing that did them in was location. It's a bitch to get out of there if you have to go towards the tunnel also being next door to that shady arse gas station isn't a help.
