Just ordered a home wine making kit

Looking for some good recipes and tips... I figure I'll start with a batch of strawberry since they're in season right now and well, I like strawberries.

Thanks in advance!

Look up Jack Kellers website. Has recipes for pretty much any kind of country wine that can be made. I've got two gallons of loquat wine bubbling away right now.

Dang, that website is blocked on the work network. I'll check it out when I get home. Thanks!

Used his blackberry recipe a few years ago, and picked about 50qts. Locally, was pretty dang good

Used to know an old fella that made a sweet, muscadine wine. Nothing fancy, but easy drinking and enjoyable. Would love to have gotten his recipe and process, but I was only 14.
