I often hear the Canes bashing here and I have thought it was unwarranted. One thing I hear is the size of the tenders and the amount of food. Well, I just went. For 7.30 I got all this plus a drink:

Wrong. I worked at Canes around 2007 and just since then the size of the chicken and sauces have shrunk while prices have gone up.

Half of the canes bashing isn't because the amount of food, it's because the food is just shitty.

I don't eat Canes. I like Chik Fil A soup but fried chicken is only my wife's homemade. We made a deal 2 years ago that if she made it about once a month I would not eat it anywhere else. We both have lived up to that.

Other easily accessible food at the same price point, I suppose. I think it's extremely bland chicken and fries and don't care for the sauce. I'll give you the nod on the toast.

I think Canes tastes all right, but every time I eat it I feel like I have literally eaten poison. There's some dark satanic shite in that marinade.

I've never been to Zaxby's but saying Cane's fries are better has to be the ultimate insult. Cane's fries are abysmal.

Tbh, that doesnt look like a lot of food for $7.30. You could just go to a grocery store and get an 8 piece for that amount of money.
