The Louisianne, the seafood stuffed bell peppers, the tournedos and the blueberry bread pudding are all excellent.

Their tournedos really are fantastic.

Is this the same restaurant in Destin?
Same restaurant. I love LL in Br, but I ate at the one in Destin and will never go back. The "blackened" fish was just coated in Tony's and baked. Worst fish dish I have ever had at any reputable restaurant.

I wanted to follow up from our dinner on Saturday. Sorry...no pics.
We started with the Oysters Lagniappe for the appetizer. My 9 year old got a cup of gumbo as well. The oysters were delicious. We could have eaten this all day long.
I'm not sure how they made the sensation salads stand out but even those were great.
The fish of the day was black drum. For the entree, my wife chose the fish en papillote while I went with a special called the Cocodrie. It was a pan seared drum, topped with fried soft shell crawfish and two fried artichoke hearts with a twice baked potato on the side. My daughter went with a standard pasta with alfredo.
My entree was very good, but after tasting the wife's en papillote entree, I liked it much better.
My daughter finished up with a cookie sundae for dessert (she made it about halfway through). I was glad to see her enjoying a great meal....she needs some meat on her skinny bones!
Service and food were both great. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The pacing of the courses was perfect. I am glad we arrived when they opened because there was quite the crowd when we left.
Apparently my daughter is already planning her birthday dinner here, so I better start saving pennies now. We will definitely be back.
