Grilled okry

There is a restaurant here in Chattanooga that has really good grilled okra. Trying to duplicate. What kind of oil should I coat it with? Tastes like maybe some cajun seasoning after it is grilled maybe? Just checking to see what you guys think. Thanks.

My fav on my BGE is to roll okra in olive oil and then sprinkle with kosher salt.

What's the texture like? Is it slimy at all? I don't mind but my wife does.
