How about your favorite floats.
Big Red and vanilla ice cream.
Orange soda and vanilla ice cream.
A&W Root Beer and vanilla ice cream.

What happened? That is ridiculous.
Big Red and Blue Bell (not just vanilla ice cream) gets my vote.
After that it's all up for debate.

This with some K&B vanilla in the big tub is what my house had every summer as a kid.
And K&B is why I still call Neapolitan ice cream 3-flavor.

Don't know. The K&B by me closed when I was 11 or 12. Probably due to all my punk friends thieving from them.
I like it extra dry.
