These were some of the best we came across
Gary Farrell Vineyard - some of the best Pinots you will come across. Awesome view.
Truett Hurst Make great wines. Small place but really relaxing and the people are great.
Kunde - great winery, and they give free tour of their cave area. Great wines as well.
Robert Young Estate Winery great reds
Raymond Winery Weird place, the tasting room is like nothing else you'll see. Pretty good wines
And yes...Russian River should be your first stop!

The wife and I will be up there this weekend for a quick trip. Wine tour on Saturday and then lounge by the pool on Sunday AM before going to Russian River Brewing Company for lunch, drinks, and growler fills.

Haven't been there personally but have heard good things about cafe beaujolais
