I can't believe last night was my first time eating there. That's some good fricking Italian food , better than Sal and Judys , and better than Nuvolaris.

Gios is exceptional. I don't think I'd put it above Sal n Judy's but it is divine.

I had the carbonara there a couple of weeks ago and it was exceptionally good.

Lasagna, wedding soup, and eggplant appetizer. My wife got the lobster ravioli. All of it was phenomenal.

The lobster ravioli is really good. I haven't had their lasagna yet. I'm glad this thread surfaced as I need to plan another visit soon.

Let's put it this way, I've had Lasagna at a quite a few nice Italian restaurants and Gios was the best hands down.

I know why.
I went based on the recs here. Not saying it wasn't good when y'all went, but what I had was not......not......not better than Sal and Judy's. I'll just say that.

Man, I haven't eaten there in quite a while. I passed by it Wednesday and lost my shite when I saw it was closed.
