Where is the best place to buy fresh shrimp in Lafayette? We are going to do shrimp and grits for Christmas Day lunch. TIA

Seafood sellers in Delcambre and Maurice may have fresh shrimp. If not I buy from Rouses all the time.

Still not a bad product if done right. I'd rather some proper IQFs over some shrimp from a non-offshore that been offshore for 3 weeks in an ice hole.

We bought 125 lbs. in Berwick and were very pleased. 16-20's for $2.75/lb.
