It's about an hour drive from Sulphur to Cameron through some very, very desolate country. Almost no restaurants in Cameron also. So basically what I'm saying is, eat in Sulphur or Lake Charles.

Where are you going to be living? Are you headed to Cameron or Hackberry?

Will be traveling from Houston to Cameron to load up a lift boat. Was planning to have a kick off dinner with the crew prior to departing.

Besides Cajun food/boudin,

Joe's has good Pizza.
Norvroskis has a solid chicken fried steak.

There is a trailer/restaurant on the east side of Cameron that had killer shrimp po-boys and cold beer. Not sure if it has a name.

For a nice business dinner try 1910 or Calla, both in Lake Charles.
