Food/Beer Recs for Eugene/Bellingham

Currently in Boise but travelling to Eugene tomorrow and then Bellingham on Wednesday,Thursday, and Friday.
NFL draft is on Thursday so a good bar to watch that would be awesome!

I had very good beers at Falling Sky. Also really good food. They have two locations. We went to the one attached to their homebrew store. Awesome staff there too.
Also had a few drinks at Tap and Growler, which had a very eclectic mix of awesome beers.
