Fleur de Crème Shreveport?

Sitting next to a lady in the bar at Mr. B's (having a Bloody Mary) earlier this year. She starts telling me about someone related to her that started an ice cream shop that is really taking off. Could not remember the name but just stumbled on it by accident.

I haven't tried it yet, but I hear they are doing really well. They sell their ice cream at Drug Emporium, Maxwell's (I think), and several other local places around here.

I've had it several times at the farmers market and will buy a pint when I see it at Maxwells. Its good. I don't find it that much better than some of the better regular store bought ice cream but I like supporting local so I will continue to buy their product.
