Indeed it does. Although they don't look happy right now I'm sure they'll love the tips they count up later

Hopefully. There's definitely a point of too shorthanded where the opposite happens.

First night L'Auberge was open, I worked 9 hours in heels serving cocktails and made $35.

After the place slowed down a month later and us girls got the hang of it and they realized they needed way more of us on the floor (which made our sections smaller), I was pulling $300/night on weeknights.
