Apparently my beer drinking had caught up to me... Woke up this morning with terrible foot pain, and it looks like I got the gout... Crap is painful.... I feel like an old man

Yep. It should be the standard. Enjoy by or best by dates do little good unless you know how long the window is for a particular brewery.
3BD is another SW IPA.
