I tried the new batch for the first time today, both on tap and in bottles. There is no doubt that this batch is different than the last several, which have been similar since batch 6. It is less juicy in both appearance and taste than the recent batches. Less aromatics, more bitter hops.

Upper Hand Double Ringer. This brewery is owned by Bells. This is really good. If you guys get it down there, drink it. Trust me.

I just had a Double Ringer with similar coloring, and it was very good. Its not the coloring, itself, but the difference between this batch and what it should be.

Yep. You can't always judge a beer by its color, but when it changes drastically, it usually translates to a difference in other areas too.

NBD is another Sticky Hands while installing one of those tennis ball thingies that keeps my wife from driving into the garage refrigerator.
