Just finished my first abrasive. I enjoyed every sip of that amazing beer. Would never have experienced it if it wasn't for FBD krewe

Kim, rutiger, and ut, how was the Pentagram?

I thought it was really good. I am still kinda new to the sour thing, but I enjoyed it. Very complex. It is a dark sour aged in red wine barrels. It reminded me a little of RR Consecration. Not on that level, but similar in style.

You didn't happen to buy your FBD 2 nights ago at albertsons while you were talking to some guy about how he had just gotten off of work, did you?

I had a good beer convo with a guy Monday night at albertsons, which is why I ask.

Certainly is. rutiger said you could give him anything you have for me Saturday, but that is not necessary. As I said, I am not worried about it. I'll be in NOLA often the next few months and we'll meet for a beer.

No worries.

Next BD is a GF Imperial IPA.

ETA: B, this bottle is not very good. I see why you were not impressed with your last bottle. This beer is not at its best.

Good to hear. Thought about saving it for a future trade, but I'm trying to expand my horizons beyond IPA's and DIPA's. Enjoyed getting into stouts this past winter, like Founder's BS, Stone RIS, and Ten Fidy. Time to try out some sours too.

1-2 BD were gin and tonics at a work function

3BD CC Jai Alai- Really good, really light and citrusy flavor.

Kim, will send your box that we talked about earlier tomorrow via Fedex. Not much, but quality is better than quantity.
