NBD - Envie. Great Beer. Ayer a 12.5% BBA stout, this is so smashable. This does have more dankness than the DDH version. More grapefruit. The nose on the DDH is more intense, IMO.

Gotta grill that salmon low and slooooowwww, for that buttery texture. That white stuff oozing out is what I'm looking for.

Only BD, an ft special

Caramel/toffee for days with some burn on the back end. Crackly, spirited carb brings some life to it. Thin body, but expected at this point. Solid year.

XIX came out this past fall. That's why he mentioned the thin mouthfeel. It will thicken, over time, hopefully...

That place looks familiar. Is that the place in Pike Road?

Having another Ghost for last beer of the day.

Gotta take some time to mix it, no8. Gonna do two small test batches of 50/50 and 60/40, see which I prefer. After I finish this damn exam on Tuesday I can experiment with that. Right now most of my boozin' is on hiatus.

Jax, still looking at the April dates, but I've had some recent developments with my job search that may force me to travel to the opposite coast during that time period instead. My hope is that they decide they love me without meeting me in person and just make the offer. But if they decide they need an in-person interview, I have to be flexible.

Understood. Best of luck on you're interview, and who wouldn't love you? Maybe we'll get to share a celebratory beer...

PS - and before some of you aasholes try to respond, let me be clear that I was asking a rhetorical question...
